Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or AI-related roles
- Proven expertise in SQL for querying, optimization, and database management
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their deployment in business applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) – both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus
