Terms of Service for MegaJob

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MegaJob (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or employ automated means to extract data from the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Job Listings
Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their job listings. MegaJob does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
6. Applications and Hiring
MegaJob is a connection platform only. We are not involved in the actual hiring process and make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to MegaJob. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
MegaJob is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
