We are seeking a Senior MICE Specialist to join our Hong Kong team and lead the planning and execution of high-profile meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event management, from client consultation and supplier negotiation to on-site coordination and post-event analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and budget control. This position offers a competitive salary of HKD 60,000–80,000 per month and the opportunity to shape memorable experiences for a diverse clientele across Asia Pacific.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or corporate events management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Established network of suppliers, venues, and DMCs in Hong Kong and across the region
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and contract management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, particularly during live events
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and on-site event support
