Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects in Macau's dynamic business landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at risk management, and has a proven track record of delivering results in industries such as gaming, hospitality, construction, or IT.
As a Project Manager, you will define project goals, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards. You will facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients, resolving issues promptly and adapting to changing priorities. Your leadership will drive project success and contribute to the company’s strategic growth in Macau.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Macau or Greater China
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Macau’s regulatory environment and business practices
- Adaptive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
