Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director to lead high-impact initiatives in Macau. This full-time role requires a visionary leader capable of overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget constraints, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment. As Project Director, you will be responsible for defining project scope, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to executive leadership, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in Macau or similar cross-cultural environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and agile methodologies
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
• Ability to travel within Macau and occasionally to other regions as required
